Welcome to the new online home of Frontier Gallery! Seattle's #1 Scrimshaw Gallery.

Opened in 1969, the business was originally located in downtown Seattle. Soon after, we relocated to the historic Pier 70 on Seattle's waterfront. This small family owned business soon became a success. This success prompted a move just one mile away to the famous Seattle Center and is now located directly across from the entrance to the Space Needle in Seattle, Washington....just one building to the west of the Experience Music Project. The site of the 1962 World’s Fair!

Frontier Gallery is one of the Northwest's finest gift stores and one of the largest retailers of scrimshaw pendents and jewelry as well as scrimshaw collectibles. The Gallery buys only fossilized woolly mammoth ivory from Alaska. Many artists have stemmed from the gallery which specializes in Scrimshaw art as well as the full collection of the Wee Forest Folk Collectibles. We also carry the largest selection of handmade Mount St Helens Helenite Jewelry.
